Scope

End-to-end graphic support for the brand — from the website design, through print materials, to trade-fair stand graphics.

Collaboration

2023–2024. We started with the website, and over time the collaboration grew to cover more materials.

Process and collaboration

Day to day I worked with the company's Marketing Manager. We kicked off with a workshop with the whole team, to really understand the company and what it needed from the website. I also helped choose the product photos from the shots commissioned from a professional photographer.

Brand consistency

Every design was built on the client's existing logo and colour palette — so that the website, print and trade-fair materials formed one consistent, recognisable whole.

What I delivered

Website

The first project for XyloMatrix and the start of our collaboration. I designed the site in two language versions, and a web developer I work with built it.

Materials in four languages

I prepared the leaflets and brochures in Polish, English, German and Belarusian — designing the layouts to work well regardless of how long the text runs in each language. The mockups shown here are the Polish versions.
